MORPH is a brand of men's clothing. Its innovative concept is to have questioned the standard sizing system for a major system suitable for all body types.
Each size has been designed from a multitude of morphological and international data. From there, we found the Golden Ratio for each morphology and height.
With this system we offer perfect T-shirts for men. Soon other colors, materials and items will be available.
The manufacture of our t-shirts is entrusted to a Parisian workshop in order to obtain the best quality possible thanks to the French know-how. The fabrics used are organic cotton that we are sourcing in Europe.
At MORPH we ended the standard sizes you know. If we ban the S, M, XL ... It's simply because this size system dates from the 50's and is obsolete. How many times have you returned an item for a cut or size problem? Have you noticed that from one brand to another it's never the same size?

We base our size system on your morphology and your height. You can find yours in two simple steps. To do this, simply click on the red button at the top left of the menu.

PS: do not worry, the t-shirt will fit you, no matter which model you choose. That's what our system does. It just depends on your personal preferences.
Currently we do not have a showroom that allows you to try and / or buy your MORPH t-shirt.
However we are sure that you will be delighted with the cut and the size of your t-shirt because it is the object of our mark. And if you are not satisfied, we guarantee you an exchange or a refund.

For best results, turn your item inside out and wash in warm or cold water. We suggest a maximum of 40 degrees, our fabrics are slightly more sensitive. Make sure you wash with like colours, and use a gentle, bleach-free liquid detergent.
Try not to leave your items in the machine too long - this is how creases build. It's possible to tumble dry on low. You should also iron them on low and on the reverse.
We're sorry to hear that your order hasn't been delivered safely! We don't usually encounter many issues, but here's some tips for when we do:
Check the address! Does the shipping address in your confirmation email match your delivery address exactly?
Check the tracking. More often than not, this will tell you if it's been left in a safeplace, if it's been returned to the depot, or if it's been left at a neighbours address.
Check with your neighbours. It's worth just checking that your neighbour wasn't doing the friendly thing and taking it in for you.
Ask your postman (you’ll likely get an answer much quicker than we ever will) or leave him a note. Something along the lines of “Hey Mr Postman, you apparently delivered a parcel to me here yesterday (a white cardboard box) can you let me know where you left it?” should do.
If you've exhausted all of the above, then drop us an email and we'll look into it for you. Please do so within a week of the marked delivery date, otherwise it can be really difficult for us to do anything.
We're really quick at working on your order. If you do notice something within 24h though, drop us a line to contact@morphclothes.com - The sooner the change is requested the more likely it will be possible. Don't wait your order to be shipped.
If you've paid for your order via PayPal, the funds will go immediately back into your account. If you paid via debit or credit card, you may notice that the amount is pending on your statement, and it can take 3-5 working days for the bank or card issuer to get your money back to you.
If your payment has been declined, then your order won't have completed, and you’ll need to complete checkout for your order again.
To help ensure that it's not declined again, we suggest checking the following:
Check that your card details have been entered correctly (including the expiry date and billing address).
Make sure you enter the security code correctly - that's the three digit number on the back of your card, or four digits on the front for American Express.
Your card issuer may have declined your payment. They don't tell us the reason for this, so it's best to check with them or contact your bank.
If you've checked all of the above, try paying with another card or payment method.
If you have a shipping address that's outside of the EU then import duties and taxes may be applied by your local customs department.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost will be in advance as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, and the value of the parcel. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages, so please do not request that we send a parcel without this.

If you ask for an exchange in case of a problem of size or color: we accept returns without time limit. You will first have to pay the cost of return, once your return inspected and validated, we will ship a new item according to your request and we will apply a credit for a free delivery and available for a future order.
If it's a simple return, you have in accordance with French law a period of fourteen calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties, except, where applicable , return fees.

Your return request will be processed within 24 hours of deposit. It will then be necessary to wait for the articles to reach us, to wait the time of the inspection generally less than 48 hours) and shipping of a new article if requested.
It can take up to seven business days from the day you dropped your return at the Post Office for your parcel to be delivered back to us and processed.
For refunds, you'll get an automated refund confirmation as soon as we process your refund. Any refunds will be automatically issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days if you paid by credit card and it's immediate if you paid by PayPal.
For exchanges, we'll send you an email as soon as we begin to process your exchange, and another letting you know whether a refund (if we can't exchange your item) or exchange has been processed. If we were able to exchange your item, we'll also let you know when your new item is on its way.
If your returns haven't reached us within the normal timeframe, please get in touch with us via email so we can help you further.
In the case where an immediate exchange is not possible, we will contact you to offer you either to wait if the article will be quickly available, or to refund you using the method used or in the form of a credit on your account. If we do not get an answer within a week we proceed to refund.
For now, we are a startup and it's not possible to support all costs of return. We never refund delivery charges for a simple return BUT in case of an exchange we ship the new one for free and add a credit for a free delivery on your account in case of a new order !

When you return an item, you lose the associated credit you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $50 towards a 'spend $100, earn 500 points' promotion, and you decide to buy a $20 item, which bumps you up to $70. If you decide to return that item, your progress would also go back down to $50 – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.
